The Montage Development was a a major project for the Doncaster Hill Precinct - the building was designed by Hassel Architects and has highest environmentally friendly rating for any complex in Australia. The marketing aim was to sell 70% off the plan - so far it has achieved 45%. The building is set to commence in 2011.

The Solution

The brochures design highlights the strength of the area. (the highest geographical point in Melbourne). This design was massive success for the development as it attracted new generation of investors.
