According to a news release by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (Number of Jobs Held – A Longitudinal Study, June 27, 2008) the average person changes jobs 10.8 times during the ages of 18 and 42. These numbers indicate employment stability is unsteady at best for everyone, including those with uni degrees.

These facts lead to the question - "Is there real value in continuing education?" We believe there is and actively support it. However the success of any uni graduate is based strictly on their personal performance, determination, and responsibility.

Everyone in society needs continuing education, because education is a valuable asset which should never be taken lightly. Obtaining additional education opens doors which remain firmly closed for those with less education.

All the team at Design Post are tertiary qualified and are engaged in continuing education programs - ranging from volunteer work to MBA programs.
We believe ongoing learning is not limited to just formal education systems, we encourage new learning experiences and have pathways for personal development and growth. When we are learning more about ourselves and the world around us our work has a greater meaning and a rewarding outcome.
